Information on the Processing of Personal Data

  2. Your personal data will be processed in order to answer the question sent by e-mail – pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) GDPR. If your message concerns the provision of services, your data will be processed in order to conclude and perform the contract – i.e. pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
  3. Providing your personal data in the scope of: name, surname and e-mail address or telephone number is voluntary, and failure to do so would prevent us from responding to your inquiry. In the case of data processed on the basis of consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without giving any reason. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing that was carried out before its withdrawal.
  4. Your personal data may be made available to entities providing IT services for the Administrator in the scope of personal data entrusted to them.
  5. Your personal data will be deleted after a maximum period of 12 months, unless they are processed in connection with the concluded contract or its implementation. In the case of processing personal data for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract, your personal data will be deleted after 6 years from the performance of the contract.
  6. You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify it, limit processing, the right to object, the right to transfer data and the right to delete your data (the right to be forgotten).
  7. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  8. Your personal data will not be profiled or subject to automated processing.
  9. As the administrator of your personal data, I provide them with security and confidentiality in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.
