ONS 2016 (Offshore Northern Seas 2016) Conference and Exhibition
Offshore Northern Seas (ONS) The Conference and Exhibition is a biennial event that began in 1974. ONS is one of the key industry exhibitions and conferences for the industry related to the exploration and exploitation of offshore oil and gas fields and their processing, i.e. generally with the petrochemical industry, as well as the construction of drilling platforms, ships, wind towers and ICT systems used in the marine industry, as well as manufacturers of protective and work clothing. Offshore Northern Seas (ONS) is a platform for the presentation of political, economic and technological issues related to the international oil and gas industry, and also allows to present, among others the latest solutions in the industry. Trade fairs such as ONS, with over 1,300 exhibitors and around 90,000 visitors, could not be missed.
In the past, Explomet has participated in many exhibitions, conferences and industrial symposiums, actively participating in them, however, ONS 2016 is the most important event of this type in the company’s history. For the first time we took part in an event with a global reach, gathering in one area such a large number of company representatives from such a wide range of industry generally associated with the offshore and petrochemical industries. The ONS 2016 trade fair was held from August 29 – September 1, 2016 in Stavanger, Norway. Two employees of the company took part in ONS 2016:
